Owners are responsible for any charges incurred by their pet while in the care of the doctors at our animal hospital in NW Houston the charges are due and payable at the time of service, unless other arrangements are made in advance. For surgical procedures or medical cases, we reserve the right to ask for partial or full payment prior to the procedure.  Any balance is due at the time of discharge  We provide estimates for all procedures. Please read all forms and make sure that you understand the forms before signing them.  Please discuss any financial concerns prior to your pet's care.  Any unpaid balance will accrue finance charges.  

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit cards, Care Credit, Amex, cash and personal checks (with a valid TX driver's license).  We can only accept card payments by the card holder unless prior approval has been made.  We cannot accept out-of-state checks.
