Please fill out our prescription refill request form  and we will contact you regarding your refills. Please note that prescriptions requests are assessed between the hours of 12 noon - 3 pm  Mon.- Fri. during normal business hours. A staff member will call you to let you know if your medication is approved and ready for pick up. If you would like to be contacted by email when your medications have been approved and are ready for pick up, please make sure to include your e-mail address below.

Medications that are not picked up within 10 days of approval will be placed back into inventory.

If you would like to have your medications shipped to you, please note our shipping cost and fill out the appropriate areas below. NOT ALL MEDICATIONS CAN BE SHIPPED. Upon prescription approval, our staff will contact you for your payment information.  Medications are shipped within 48hrs after approval. Please remember there are no refunds on medications.  Please remember that we require 24 hours notice for prescription refills. We recommend having 1 week of your pet's medications on hand at all times.
